How parcels are priced, dispatched and carried, and what to do when one is late.
Two delivery options are offered at checkout. Transit time is counted in business days after dispatch and does not include the seller's handling time.

Shipping is charged per seller, so an order filled by two stores carries two shipping lines and arrives as two parcels. Individual sellers may offer their own rates or free shipping, shown on the product page and at checkout. VAT is not charged on shipping.
Sellers confirm and dispatch within 2 business days, and most list a handling time of 1–2 days on the product page. Business days exclude Saturday and Sunday. A parcel not dispatched on time is flagged to our team, and you may cancel a parcel that has not yet shipped.
Every parcel is tracked. Carriers used on the marketplace include Aramex, DHL Express, SMSA and FedEx. The carrier name and tracking number appear in Account → Orders as soon as the seller ships, with a link to the carrier's own tracking page. An order that splits into several parcels shows each separately with its own status.
The delivery address is captured as it stood when you ordered, so editing your saved address later does not redirect a parcel already on its way. If an address is wrong, contact us before dispatch. Where a parcel is returned to the seller because nobody could receive it or the address was incorrect, the return leg is charged to the buyer and deducted from any refund.
Cross-border parcels may attract import duty or local tax. Unless checkout stated duties were prepaid, they are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier on delivery. Refusing a parcel to avoid duties is treated as a failed delivery.
Tracking sometimes pauses for several days during customs clearance, which is normal. If a parcel has not moved for 7 days past the latest estimated delivery date, open a support ticket from the order and our team will chase the seller and the carrier on your behalf.
